After retiring from a 21-year career as the President/CEO of the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, Dave Nash founded Engage Marketing, Inc. It is a marketing communications firm that offers entrepreneurs and corporate executives effective and affordable ways to turn strangers into friends, friends into customers, and customers into sales staff.

Vexter Design Studio is looking to work with outside sales representatives.

We are looking to expand our services throughout the entire Eastern United States and we need to build up a team of sales representatives to increase our clientele.

This is the job for you if you are energetic, enthusiastic, a self-starter and are motivated to succeed. Prior sales experience is not required if you have the right personality.

Job Description:

* Develop and grow a client base
* Understand business needs of clients
* Flexible hours (schedule your own hours and work at your leisure)
* Compensation based on sales experience

Job Requirements:

* Business negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Good presentation skills
* Strong technical background (Preferred)
* Well organized
* Self-motivated
* Detail oriented
* Heightened sense of customer service
* Sales/BDM experience in IT professional services is a big plus

Vexter teams up with crud to bring forth ‘The Blackout’

crud (create. read. update. design.) recently organized an event to recognize the amazing art community all over the globe, which was titled “The Blackout”. With such a flexible team, we were able to work closely with the crud crew in all aspects including the event website, fliers, press releases, interior design and even the coordination of the event itself.

The Blackout was a huge success and we are very pleased to have worked so closely with such an incredible team and such talented artists from all over the world.

Vexter completes 3-month overhaul for Raffa Yoga

We first met Christine Raffa, owner of Raffa Yoga, when she wanted to be placed at the top of searches for Rhode Island’s yoga studios. She was so pleased with our work that she contacted us a few months later with a fun project: a total overhaul of her website.

Like most business owners, Christine wanted to eliminate bottlenecks within her operation and she found through customer research that it was difficult for them to make purchases online due to the architecture of the previous site. Something that should be as simple as checking out to sign up for classes was a total hassle.

Well, long story short, here we are with her new website which she is very pleased with. The new look is not only refreshing, but it is also much easier to navigate and maintain. After seeing some of the comments on their new website, we’ve concluded that:

1) All of our hard work was well worth it.

2) It is definitely a success story worth sharing.

3) We need a good stretch after all those long nights.
